Summary

At Platzi Business Enterprise, we are looking for a hands-on, growth-driven sales leader to guide, coach, and accelerate our team of B2B Enterprise sales executives in acquiring, penetrating, and closing high-value contracts (Big Deals) with the largest companies in the region (Tier 1). This role requires a rigorous sales discipline, a strong P&L; mindset, and direct, hands-on involvement at the negotiation table.

Description

Hands-On Leadership & Big Deal Closing (50% of time)




- Get out in the field to co-sell and support executives in key meetings with the C-Suite (CHROs, CTOs, CIOs, CEOs) of large corporations across LATAM.
- Act as the commercial sponsor for strategic opportunities (deals > $50,000 USD ACV), leading value negotiation, deal packaging, and contract terms alongside the Deal Desk.
- Open doors and leverage your high-level network across Mexico and LATAM to accelerate entry into stalled accounts.

Sales Process & Pipeline Governance (30% of time)
- Implement and audit a rigorous corporate B2B sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Value Selling) across 100% of Enterprise opportunities.
- Lead pipeline and deal reviews with analytical rigor, ensuring every deal has a clearly identified Economic Buyer, quantified pain point, decision process, and validation criteria.
