As a Senior IAM & Active Directory Administrator , you will drive the operational success and security of our enterprise identity services. You will configure, automate, and enforce security policies across Active Directory environments at scale, ensuring robust policy enforcement (GPO, LDAP)



and infrastructure protection. Working alongside IT and security teams, you will champion Microsoft security best practices, safeguard critical systems against threats, and support security incident response efforts.

Your responsibilities will include
- Administer, support and drive Identity technology, configuration and operations.
- Configure tools, processes and systems for automating access and policy enforcement at scale in a complex environment.
- Evangelize and implement security best practices for critical production systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our IT team in implementing security best practices and support security initiatives around Active Directory (AD) and GPO settings.
- Recommend and drive the adoption of technical security controls to strengthen security posture and identity user experience.
