In this role, you will be the key translator between our business stakeholders and our software development teams. Your primary objective will be to understand complex business problems, analyze current workflows, and elicit detailed, high-quality requirements that our engineers can seamlessly transform into working software. You are someone who loves asking "why," digging into data, mapping out processes, and ensuring that what our engineering team builds delivers maximum value to the business.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business units, product managers, and users to gather, clarify, and document comprehensive functional and non-functional requirementsAnalyze "as-is" business processes, identify pain points or inefficiencies, and design optimal "to-be" workflows to streamline operationsTranslate business needs into clear, concise, and structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, using Gherkin/BDD where appropriate,



for the development backlogAct as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating communication and managing expectations throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and business users to validate that delivered software meets original business requirements, including support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)RequirementsA minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software development environmentExcellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a knack for breaking down complex systems and processes into logical, easy-to-understand componentsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versaGood understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, with experience working within sprint cyclesProficiency in documenting requirements
