- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with management, mentor, and develop high-performing direct and matrix commercial teams.
- Experience designing go-to-market strategies, creator packaging, and scalable Interactive Media Ads (IMA) partnerships.
- Experience negotiating complex, high-impact C-level deals with key brands.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and deliver compelling executive-level pitches.
