responsibilities:

- execute and validate payments to local and international suppliers.
- prepare and process bank payment files (mxn / usd).
- ensure payments are completed on time in accordance with established schedules.
- coordinate with accounts payable and operations teams for payment release.
- monitor daily bank account activity.
- prepare and consolidate monthly bank activity reports.
- support bank reconciliations in coordination with accounting.
- track cash inflows and outflows for assigned entities.
- support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- identify funding needs or excess cash positions.
- manage intercompany loan transactions.
- coordinate payments related to financing (principal and interest).
- support funding requests to meet operational and financial obligations.
- prepare and distribute reports such as:
- monthly disbursements
- bank activity reports
- interest in income tracking




- ensure adherence to treasury policies and procedures.
- maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
- support internal and external audits.

education & certifications:

- major in accounting, finance, or related studies

requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in treasury and banking operations
- knowledge of erp systems (oracle preferred)
- experience of audit & tax process, ability to work with external auditors
- good written and verbal communication skills bilingual (english/spanish)
- energetic and versátil - capable to meet all deadlines and requests
- integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
- strong analytical skill, detail oriented, independent thinking, and decision-making abilities.
