Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly, and performant web applications for Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust front-end architectures using modern web technologies.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to define and deliver features.
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and interactive user interfaces.
Troubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues, providing effective solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption when beneficial.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new front-end team members.
Manage project timelines and deliverables for front-end tasks, ensuring timely completion.
