Job Description Summary

The Unison Harnesses and Vibration Lab Sub-Section Manager provide overall leadership and administrative management for assigned personnel, fostering a high-performing, cross-functional team environment and serving as a strategic partner to drive operational rigor, team performance, alignment, and continuous improvement.

This leader works in close partnership with the Unison Section Manager, key integral stakeholders, and site counterparts in Saltillo and Jacksonville to ensure strong collaboration, clear prioritization, and effective execution in support of business and engineering objectives. The role provides engineering support to internal and external customers, leveraging available technology and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes while balancing cost, responsiveness, and business impact across Field Investigations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering.

The role has overall responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operation of both the Harnesses team and the GEIQ Vibration Lab, ensuring effective coordination of priorities,



alignment of resources, and timely execution of work supporting multiple organizations and internal customers across GEIQ. This leader is accountable for enabling responsive, high-quality laboratory and engineering support while building and sustaining a productive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.

This role is grounded in GE Aerospace’s FLIGHT DECK principles, embedding key fundamentals such as Standard Work, Daily Management, Action Planning, and Problem Solving into daily operations to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance.
