The Role

Our Client is seeking a results-oriented, highly accountable Regional Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of 8 to 12 mobile home communities within their broader 22+ park network. Sitting at the center of property performance, this professional will provide leadership to park managers, enforce operational standards, optimize financial performance, and oversee capital improvement projects. Reporting to executive leadership during U.S. business hours, this role requires a candidate with strong financial acumen, proven multi-property management experience, and the willingness to travel frequently across the designated region.
