Total Rewards Specialist will design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals. The role requires strong analytical skills, expert-level Excel proficiency, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Clara's compensation structures — including salary bands, variable pay programs, and equity frameworks — across LATAM
- Conduct market research and benchmark analysis using survey platforms to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Support the hiring committee with offer calibration, ensuring every offer is internally equitable and market-aligned.
- Design and manage employee benefits programs across Clara's markets, balancing compliance, employee experience, and cost efficiency.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new benefits or perks based on market trends,
