As the portfolio grows, the agency is hiring its first Account Manager, Retail Partnerships, a role with genuine room to grow alongside the business.

The Account Manager will own the day-to-day operating rhythm behind client accounts, including buyer follow-up, retail opportunities, onboarding, reporting, and sales administration, ensuring every brand, buyer, and next step stays clearly tracked and followed through.



This is a detail-oriented account management and sales-operations role, not a pure sales or general assistant position, suited to a self-starter who can independently manage multiple brands and timelines.

What You'll Do
- Client account management — weekly client updates, agendas and recaps, deliverable and deadline tracking, and organized brand assets and account records.
- Retail pipeline & tracking — maintain the CRM/tracker so every opportunity has a clear next action, owner, and due date; prepare pipeline summaries for the Founder.
- Buyer follow-up support — draft outreach and follow-up emails for review, prepare buyer-facing materials, and prep the Founder for buyer calls.
- Vendor & marketplace onboarding — coordinate retailer/marketplace setup and chase the documents, product data, images
