About the Role
In this role, you will contribute to Essity’s Future Ready insights agenda by supporting the exploration, shaping, and adoption of new tools, methodologies, and ways of working in insight generation.
You will operate as a collaborative enabler and connector—helping bridge external innovation with internal needs, and supporting the translation of new ideas into scalable capabilities.
Working closely with global stakeholders, you will contribute to pilots, capture learnings, and help ensure that innovation efforts are aligned, relevant, and effectively embedded across the organization. This role offers global exposure and is ideal for someone motivated by learning, collaboration, and driving impact through others in a fast‑evolving insights landscape.

What You Will Do




- Insights Innovation Support: Contribute to the design and coordination of pilots for new insight tools, platforms, methodologies, and AI‑enabled solutions—supporting their adoption and scalability rather than owning execution end‑to‑end.
- External Scanning: Continuously monitor external trends, partners, and emerging methodologies to identify opportunities and inform strategic direction.
- Evaluation & Learning Capture: Structure and synthesize learnings from pilots and external exploration, helping translate them into clear recommendations for scale and adoption.
- Agency & Partner Assessment: Support structured evaluation of partners and service models, contributing inputs to decision-making frameworks rather than managing procurement or delivery.
