A cutting-edge cookware company is seeking an experienced and innovative UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences across their digital products. This role will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring user-centered design solutions to life.

As the Paid Search Specialist, you will be the daily engine behind the company’s Google Ads performance. You will own execution across their international markets—monitoring pacing, making optimization calls, flagging risks, and ensuring every campaign is running at its sharpest. This role demands precision, accountability, and an instinct for the levers that move revenue. You’ll work inside structured processes with high-autonomy expectations:

What You'll Do
- Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day operations across Google Search, PMax, Shopping, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns—with ownership over pacing, budget allocation, bid management, and performance monitoring.
- International Market Coverage: Serve as the primary execution resource for EU and international markets, ensuring consistent daily management, localized pacing, and regional performance accountability.
- Optimization & Troubleshooting: Identify performance trends, determine appropriate corrective actions, and execute optimizations independently—proactively flagging risks or opportunities to the senior team before they become issues.
