Role Overview
The Oracle EBS Finance and Leasing Domain Lead will be responsible for leading the functional design implementation enhancement and support of Oracle EBS Financials and Leasing business processes The role requires deep expertise in Oracle EBS Finance modules leasing lifecycle management accounting standards business process transformation stakeholder management and solution governance
The individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders finance teams leasing operations and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle ERP initiatives and ongoing support services

- Support monthend quarterend and yearend financial close processes and recommend improvements in lease accounting AP AR and financial close processes
- Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting across lease portfolios
- Leasing Domain Leadership
- Act as SME for lease lifecycle management
- o Lease Origination
- o Contract Administration
- o Billing and Invoicing

- o Renewals and Terminations
- o Asset Remarketing and Disposal
- Lead Oracle Lease Management OLM configuration and process optimization
- Support lease accounting requirements under

- o IFRS 16 for multinational operations
- Ensure proper lease classification amortization schedules and accounting treatment
- Compliance Controls
- Ensure compliance with

- o Internal Audit Requirements
