The role oversees vendor relationships, approves high-cost repairs, and leverages operational data to improve workflow and efficiency. Additionally, this position drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce expenses.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the maintenance outsource team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence and employee engagement.
Oversee vendor performance and relationships, setting service standards and ensuring timely repairs, cost control, warranty compliance, and quality outcomes.
Approve and oversee high-cost repairs exceeding $3,000,



balancing cost control with operational needs to minimize downtime and expense.
Analyze and utilize operational reports to direct workflow, monitor audit results, and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
Maintain accurate vendor profiles, submitting updates and change requests to management to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all outsourced maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize vendor performance, service quality, and cost efficiency.
