Delivery Analyst – Client Delivery
Are you someone who enjoys figuring out how things work, solving problems, and working directly with clients?
Acxiom is looking for a Delivery Analyst to join our team in Mexico. This role is a great fit for someone with at least 2 years of experience who has worked with email or marketing campaign execution, SQL/data, and client-facing delivery and wants to continue building their career in a general data and technology environment.
This is not a traditional digital marketing role. You’ll work behind the campaigns—helping manage the data, technology, processes, and troubleshooting that allow client campaigns to execute successfully.
What You’ll Do
Support and execute email and marketing campaigns from setup through delivery and validation.
Work with SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle, to query, validate, and troubleshoot campaign and customer data.
Manage campaign inputs, data feeds, file transfers, segmentation, and other technical delivery requirements.
Work directly with clients and internal teams,



understanding requests and translating them into accurate deliverables.
Investigate campaign, data, and production issues, identify root causes, and drive problems through resolution.
Perform quality checks to ensure campaigns and data are accurate before delivery.
Manage client requests, incidents, and priorities within established timelines and SLAs.
Take ownership of your work and know when to investigate independently and when to bring in the right technical resources.
Collaborate with teams across technology, data, operations, and client delivery.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Hands-on experience supporting or executing email, CRM, or marketing campaigns.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience working with data and relational databases; Oracle/PL-SQL is a plus.
