About the Role
We're seeking a Business Resource Specialist to support reporting, business analysis, process improvement, and project coordination. You'll work with stakeholders to deliver insights, improve workflows, and support business decision-making.
What You'll Do
Analyze business data and create reports, dashboards, and insights.
Manage and support business projects and ad hoc requests.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Document and maintain business procedures and workflows.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project updates.
Support business tools, databases, and reporting resources.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, operations, or a related field.
Fluent English communication skills.
Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Experience with reporting, process improvement, and workflow documentation.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
