About the Role

We are looking for a Sports Management Coordinator to join our Sports Management team in Mexico.

This position will support the management and development of New Era’s portfolio of professional sports licenses, with an initial focus on baseball properties, working closely with clubs, leagues and internal teams to drive the business, strengthen partnerships and ensure the successful execution of our commercial and licensing strategy.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about sports — particularly baseball — with a strong commercial mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and the ambition to build a career within the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the day-to-day management of professional sports licenses and club relationships.
* Serve as a key point of contact for assigned teams and sports properties.
* Follow up on commercial opportunities, product initiatives, launches and seasonal priorities.
* Coordinate internally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations and other relevant areas.




* Support sales forecasts, business reviews and performance tracking by license.
* Monitor product performance, sell-through and opportunities for business growth.
* Coordinate contractual deliverables, sponsorship assets and license requirements.
* Support meetings, presentations and negotiations with clubs, leagues and business partners.
* Identify new commercial opportunities across teams, retail channels and sports properties.
* Ensure strong follow-up and execution across multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, Entertainment Business, Sales or related fields.
* Academic background or specialization in the sports industry is highly valued.
* 1–3 years of professional experience in sports, entertainment, consumer products, retail, marketing, sales, sponsorships or account management preferred.
