Role Summary:

Senior Planning Supervisor will create and maintain a comprehensive facility production schedule that adheres to specified KPI’s, providing updates on each job and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. This person will work closely with teams and/or departments to ensure availability of material and resources to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.





Responsibilities & Requirements:

Plan production schedules based on customer order requirements, working closely with purchasing and production teams, to ensure availability of material and resources to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
Monitor capacity and initiate manufacturing outsourcing as needed while strictly adhering to expense control.
Perform planning to strategize equipment support and allocation to optimize capacity.
Monitor daily work order fulfillment in accordance to plan schedule and coordinate with facility management for any schedule deviations to ensure corrective action plans are taken immediately to resolve issues.
Coordinate with shipping/receiving to ensure parts/materials are received and documented accurately in WIP stages to ensure work orders remain on track within accuracy standards.
