You will develop and coordinate technical information across RIBA Stages 4-6 and resolve complex construction details during live site delivery. Your Experience
Strong technical detailing skills and live-site construction knowledge Detailed working knowledge of RIBA Stages 4-6 Experience producing coordinated technical packages Knowledge of Building Regulations, Building Bulletins, HTMs and HBNs Experience in school and NHS project environments Auto CAD, Revit LT and Sketch Up experience Clear communication with clients, consultants, contractors and on-site trades Experience working with Architects, Building Surveyors and Technologists What You’ll Get
Salary of £55,000 - £65,000 Option to work from home on Fridays Free car parking
