We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to support global compensation programs across multiple regions, including North America and Latin America. This role will be responsible for job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, variable compensation calculations, global mobility support,
and maintaining compensation structures aligned with market practices within the automotive and industrial manufacturing secto
rs.
