To involve in electrical and mechanical characterization and analysis to enable the process integration, yield debugging and development roadblocks. To run customer projects from feasibility analysis, through tapeout, fabrication and final testing. To participate in the innovation activities, publication, patent submission and roadshow support to promote Sil Terra?s capabilities in MEMS & Sensors process development and manufacturing excellence.
