experience: requires minimum of 5years of related experience;

knowledge: english 90%, 6 sigma, engineering change order (ecos), avl updates through mcos, customer conference calls, deviation process from customer. Manufacturing process, projects planing, agile, oracle, electronics, engineering changes, rohs, english (90% min.) Mrb analysis, assembly drawings and specifications npi.

required skills: fluency and communication, analytical, methodical, results-oriented, teamwork.

personality trait: ability to negotiate, sense of urgency and proactive.

responsibilities:

- eco/mco/deviation management control system and production floor implementations
- mrb controls
- product technicians training development and activities coordination
- to lead and coordinate eco weekly customer conference calls as well as internal eco meetings with materials and program management departments.
