responsibilities:
- coordinate the administrative and operational activities that support warehouse operations, ensuring business continuity, compliance with corporate policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- manage operational assets, access control systems, operational inventories, and site facility services, ensuring accurate record management and resource availability.
- coordinate the execution and administration of maintenance, cleaning, pest control, waste management, and physical security services, ensuring compliance with the agreed service level agreements (slas) established with external vendors.
- support the execution of operational, asset, and corporate audits by managing documentation, monitoring corrective action plans,
and driving continuous improvement initiatives resulting from audit findings.
- administer purchase requisitions (prs), coordinate suppliers, and monitor contracted services to ensure the timely availability of operational materials, supplies, and services required by the business.
- ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety (ehs), civil protection, and other applicable regulatory requirements by maintaining all required permits, licenses, and mandatory documentation up to date.
- manage processes related to access control, cctv systems, incident investigations, and asset protection, contributing to the physical security of company facilities.

qualifications and skills (requirements – mandatory)
- education: bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management, facilities management, or a related field.
- experience: minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics operations, facilities management, procurement, vendor coordination, or related administrative functions.
- technical skills: proficiency in microsoft office (excel, word, and powerpoint). Experience working with erp systems. Asset and inventory management. Procurement processes (pr/po). Vendor coordination and administration. Kpi tracking and document management.
- communication: strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and follow up effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams.
