responsibilities:

- create engaging ugc-style video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other digital channels.
- follow provided scripts and confidently bring different characters, scenarios, and concepts to life on camera.
- develop and adapt scripts when needed to make content feel natural, engaging, and appropriate for the platform.
- produce creative content beyond standard talking-head videos, using different locations, characters, props, camera angles, transitions, and storytelling techniques.
- use strong visual, verbal, and viral hooks to capture viewers' attention within the first few seconds.
- research social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging ugc styles and apply relevant ideas to new content.
- record high-quality video and audio using appropriate camera, lighting, and microphone equipment.

qualifications:
