- prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer orders.
- maintain accurate customer information and data within crm platforms.
- support the preparation of contracts, commercial proposals, and sales documentation.
- provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- track sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on pending actions.
- respond to customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
- generate sales reports, pipeline analysis, and commercial kpi tracking.
- identify trends, improvement opportunities, and support sales forecasting activities.
- collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- ensure data accuracy and integrity across commercial systems and databases.

- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or similar role.
- advanced english proficiency (written and verbal).
- advanced knowledge of microsoft office, particularly excel.
- experience working with crm systems.
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- strong customer service orientation and analytical mindset.
