What you’ll do:

* Provide end-to-end HR support across employee relations, recruitment,
onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation, and
benefits.
* Serve as the primary HR contact, advising leaders and employees on HR
policies, procedures, and people-related matters.




* Manage employee relations issues for union and non-union employees while
ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate directives.
* Lead recruitment activities, including approvals, job profile management,
candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination with recruiters and agencies.
* Oversee HR and payroll transactions (hires, terminations, promotions, salary
changes) while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
* Support onboarding/offboarding, performance management cycles, change
initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR projects.
* Prepare HR reports, facilitate employee roundtables, and drive implementation
of corporate HR strategies, policies, and process improvements.

What you’ll bring:

* HRIS experience: Oracle Cloud or similar HCM/HRIS/ATS systems preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office packages, with strong Excel reporting skills
