Essential Job Functions: Assist in executing the sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
Participate in the development and delivery of sales training programs, contributing to content development.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs, prioritize areas for improvement, and provide support.
Contribute to the analysis of sales performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes.
May be responsible for managing specific aspects of sales enablement initiatives.
Assist in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sales enablement programs.
Participate in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Proven experience in sales and sales enablement
Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology
A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plus
