As an Associate in Data and Analytics Engineering, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.
As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will learn to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making and driving business growth. Responsibilities Designing and developing data infrastructure and systems to support efficient data processing and analysis
Implementing data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions to convert raw data into actionable insights
Utilizing platforms such as Apache Airflow and Azure Data Factory for scalable data engineering processes
Managing data architecture development and database optimization to enhance performance and reliability
Applying data validation and quality techniques to maintain data integrity and accuracy
Leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks for cloud‑based data solutions
Collaborating with team members to address diverse client needs and project challenges
Engaging in continuous learning to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in data engineering
Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and contributing to team success
Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to discern patterns and inform decision‑making
What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 1 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
Demonstrating proficiency in data engineering platforms like Databricks and Snowflake
Utilizing cloud services such as AWS and Azure for data solutions
Applying knowledge of data architecture and modeling techniques
Excelling in database management and optimization strategies
Engaging in agile methodologies to enhance project delivery
Adapting to fast‑paced environments with diverse client interactions
