DESCRIPTION Document management, project tracking, information consolidation, and monitoring of actions implemented by suppliers.
Preparation of executive reports.
Ensuring the availability of reliable and timely information for decision-making and the achievement of project objectives.
Monitoring compliance with deliverables, activities, and deadlines for assigned projects.
Consolidate, validate, and update information from suppliers and internal departments to prepare progress reports.
Provide documentation support during meetings by recording agreements, commitments, risks, and deviations.
Prepare meeting minutes, executive reports, and follow-up presentations to communicate project results and status.
Develop and maintain dashboards,



indicators, control tools, and other corporate applications.
Conduct follow-up visits to suppliers to verify the implementation of actions previously defined by Supplier Quality specialists.
Collect and document objective evidence related to the progress and compliance of supplier actions.
Identify, record, and promptly report deviations, non-compliance, or risks detected during follow-up activities.
Provide administrative and analytical support to the Quality and Purchasing department, contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring, document control, and information management processes.
REQUIREMENTS Industrial, Mechanical Engineeringor related fields.
1 year of experience in the automotive industry
At least 6 months of experience in supplier quality
Knowledge of IATF 16949
Knowledge of process/product audits
Basic knowledge of Core Tools (especially APQP and PPAP)
Fluent English
1 yearcontract
