In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering projects by ensuring thorough and accurate testing processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the achievement of project goals.

Lead and coordinate test activities to deliver high-quality testing outcomes

Provide technical expertise and guidance to test technicians and engineers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans and procedures

Ensure compliance with testing standards and protocols

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 6 years of experience in test engineering or a similar role

Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools

Experience leading and coordinating test teams

Technical expertise in test execution and troubleshooting





Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance standards
