Job Description

Position Overview

The Solar O&M; Technician is the on-site project representative responsible for performing the activities described in the checklists to verify the condition of the plant’s equipment, completing the necessary forms for record-keeping, and reporting to the maintenance supervisor. This position requires highly adaptable individuals with availability to work rotating shifts, a positive attitude towards teamwork, a high degree of responsibility, and discipline to follow work instructions. In addition, the technician must have technical knowledge of electricity, electronics, air conditioning, and photovoltaic systems,



and be able to perform physical labor without any impediment.
