What the day will look like
Aon's Innovation and Integrated Solutions (IIS) team brings together six specialty areas - Pharmacy, Audit, Clinical/Wellbeing, Compliance & Policy Consulting, Time Away & Life Solutions, and Innovation Area.

The Health Solutions Client Success Coordinator - IIS Pharmacy will contribute to the team's success by taking ownership of and accountability for assigned client projects and deliverables. You will play an integral role on the client team.

You will collaborate colleagues based in the U.S., working with team members to turn data, insights, and ideas into clear, well-structured strategies internally and externally!

Key Responsibilities

Proactively building knowledge base of health and welfare benefits

Developing an understanding of basic business and financial concepts

Collaborating with others to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Service client accounts, develop client project plans, and coordinate deliverables

Review pharmacy claims data and use analytical tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Tableau, and Excel to extract, transform, load, and validate significant volumes of data against business requirements

Develop data views and alerts based on analysis

Develop deep subject matter expertise in the area of pharmacy benefits, developing knowledge on best practices and market trends, and contributing to the developments and enhancement of new and existing products and services





Work with colleagues from Pharmacy Practice to bring in expertise on variety of subjects to create new, topical reports and support advising clients on how to act on their data insights

Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information, including good presentation skills
