Resource Description
Experienced OT Cybersecurity Specialist with expertise in develops and maintains cybersecurity controls for industrial environments, securing industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA environments, and critical operational technology infrastructure. Skilled in cybersecurity risk management, vulnerability assessment, security architecture, incident response, and compliance with industry standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001. Proven ability to bridge the gap between IT and OT teams to enhance resilience, reduce cyber risks, and support safe, reliable industrial operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial networks, or cybersecurity operations supporting critical infrastructure environments.

Hands-on experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA environments, and Operational Technology (OT) networks, including risk management and security controls implementation.





Proven experience in OT cybersecurity, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance with standards such as IEC 62443 and NIST.

Experience working with industrial environments, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to implement and maintain cybersecurity controls.

3+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 2 years focused on OT, I ЦS, or critical infrastructure security.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain OT cybersecurity controls.

Monitor OT security events and support incident response.

Protect IC‑S/SCADA networks and industrial assets.

Support compliance with IEC 62443, NIST, and company policies.

Manage OT security tools and secure configurations.

Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Maintain OT cybersecurity documentation and reporting.

Support cybersecurity projects and continuous security improvements.

Desired Certifications

ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert (or related ISA certifications)

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert

Palo Alto, Claroty, TXOne, Beyond Trust or equivalent security vendor certifications
