Contractor+ builds an all-in-one app for contractors. They use it to manage clients, send estimates, collect payments, schedule jobs, and more. Think of it as the operating system for running a contracting business.

We're a small, fast-moving team of about 35 people. Our customers work in the field. When something breaks at 9pm, they can't wait until Monday morning. How we show up for them is how they decide if we're worth keeping.

What's this role about?
You'll own the customer relationship on second shift, covering US evenings and Saturdays. Onboarding, live demos, chat, email, and phone calls. Your job is to make sure every contractor who signs up actually succeeds with the app.

We're hiring in Mexico because the timezone fits. If the phone rings at 7pm Eastern, you answer it. If it rings at 9pm, same. If a new user needs onboarding help on a Saturday, you handle it. Extended-hours coverage is the whole point of this role. And it's fully remote, so you do all of it from home. No late commute.

Day to day, you'll:
Run live demos and onboarding sessions for new users




Help customers set up estimates, invoices, payments, and scheduling in the app
Answer inbound chats, emails, and phone calls from contractors across the US
Troubleshoot technical issues, reproduce bugs, and escalate to the dev team with clear steps
Own support tickets from first response to resolution
Coordinate between customers and the dev team on open issues
When there's no assigned work, dig through recent tickets for patterns and test the app to catch issues before customers do

What we're looking for
4-5+ years in customer success or customer support, ideally for a SaaS product
Excellent communication in English and Spanish. You'll speak and write both every day.
Technical by nature. You troubleshoot first, escalate second, and your bug reports make sense to a developer.
Available for second shift, roughly 3pm to 12am US Eastern, Wednesday to Sunday. Make sure this schedule fits your
