The Job:
As a Training & Development Supervisor, you’ll be part of our Human Resources team working as an on‑site employee.

You’ll get to:
- Lead and supervise the Training & Development team, including direct reports and site trainers.
- Manage and execute the annual training plan for operators (makers) and staff populations.
- Partner closely with manufacturing leadership, mainly Assembly, providing hands‑on HR support on the shop floor.




- Coordinate internal and external training programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational priorities.
- Conduct training needs assessments and translate business requirements into development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations related to training and development.
- Manage the training budget and monitor effectiveness of training programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives and career path frameworks.
- Drive engagement initiatives and development programs for interns and trainees.
