About the roleThe Supply Planning Manager plays a critical role in ensuring manufacturing continuity by developing and executing supply plans that align production capacity, inventory levels, and customer demand. This position supports business growth through effective supply planning, capacity analysis, inventory optimization,



and collaboration across manufacturing, materials, and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of supply planning strategies within the Commercial SIOP process.
- Perform scenario planning and rough-cut capacity analysis to support supply and demand changes, new product introductions, and product lifecycle transitions.
- Partner with manufacturing, materials, and supply chain teams to develop production plans that support customer demand while optimizing capacity and inventory.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate long-range supply chain risks including labor, material, and equipment constraints.
- Drive inventory planning activities, monitor DOH and E&O; performance, and support continuous improvement through metrics, process standardization, and planning system enhancements.
