What you’ll do
- Strategic Orchestration: Collaborate directly with the CEO to refine Clara’s strategic roadmap, ensuring long-term goals are translated into actionable workstreams across the organization.
- Investor Relations & Capital Markets: Serve as a key point of contact for our investors, managing high-stakes communications and preparing materials for board meetings and fundraising rounds.
- Operational Excellence: Audit and optimize internal processes to eliminate friction, ensuring the leadership team operates at peak efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a connective tissue between the CEO and senior leadership, facilitating alignment on key performance metrics and fostering a culture of high ownership.
