ADI General Distribution is seeking a Customer Service Associate I to deliver world-class service in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. You will handle orders, returns, account updates, website login support, and tracking while maintaining accuracy and calm under pressure.
You must have strong English communication, 6–12 months of customer service experience, and the ability to work full-time on a rotating schedule between 6:00am and 6:00pm.
