Team Overview and Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Coordinator to lead the risk prevention strategy at our plant in Mexico. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving HSE programs, ensuring a safe, healthy and sustainable working environment,



as well as compliance with applicable national and international regulations. The adecuado candidate will coordinate internal and external audits, define KPIs, manage suppliers in the area and represent the company before authorities and the media on safety and environmental issues. In addition, it will promote a safety culture based on conduct and guarantee operational continuity under standards of excellence.
Required knowledge
- Professional training in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Specialization in Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Management Systems
- Mayor 10 years of experience in similar roles within industrial environments
- Advanced English desirable
- Knowledge in Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
- Experience in compliance with legal requirements in IMS
- Certification as an internal auditor in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001
- Proficiency in interpretation and implementation
