Description: Are you passionate about building impactful brands and bringing integrated communication campaigns to life? Join our Brand & Content team as a Brand & Content Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the successful planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and flawless execution from strategy to implementation.

As a key partner to regional and local marketing teams, you will collaborate with agencies, media partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective consumer-facing campaigns while managing marketing operations, budgets, and reporting. This role is based in Mexico City to work closely with agency partners and stakeholders.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing




- Integrated Campaign Execution: Coordinate the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns across ATL, Digital, Media, Shopper Marketing, and other consumer touchpoints.
- Agency & Stakeholder Management: Partner with creative, media, digital, commercial, and marketing teams to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and successful campaign implementation.
- Marketing Operations: Manage purchase orders, contracts, invoices, payment tracking, and other administrative processes required to support campaign execution.
- Performance & Budget Monitoring: Consolidate campaign execution reports, monitor budgets and spending status, and provide visibility on operational efficiencies and risks.
- Project Management Excellence: Track campaign milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure executional excellence and alignment with brand objectives.
