We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead corporate interior construction projects in Querétaro City, Mexico . In this role, you will oversee complex interior fit-out projects from conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive project success through strategic planning, decisive leadership, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate interior construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and organizational objectives
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Lead and mentor project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff; foster collaboration and accountability across all project phases
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement activities to optimize costs without compromising quality




- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and client requirements
- Identify and analyze project risks; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize delays and cost overruns
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and financial records; communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial forecasting and analysis to senior management
- Ensure compliance with Mexican construction codes, regulations, and safety protocols throughout all project phases

Qualifications and Preferred
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing corporate interi
