What You Can Expect:
- Lead, coach and develop CPFR, Replenishment and Market Information team members.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent work routines, methodologies, and best practices across the team.
- Ensure all BFM replenishment analysts operate under aligned processes, systems, KPIs and reporting standards.
- Design, implement and continuously improve forecasting methodologies for Sell-In and Sell-Out across all channels.
- Generate and align customer demand forecasts at SKU and store level in collaboration with customer CPFR teams.
