Core Responsibilities
- Independently performing high quality data management activities (i.e., manual updates, reporting)
- Creating HR related documents (i.e., contracts, merit letters, offer letters, etc.)
- Performing and acting on data quality controls
- Improving current processes and procedures
- Fostering and maintaining solid and valuable relationships within the team and with our partners (i.e., Payroll, PO&D; department, etc.)
- Data Management activities (manual updates, reporting.)
- Collaborating with the development team to solve technical issues.
- Participating in projects representing the Employee Master Data team.
- When applicable being a Superuser (represent the team in Superuser meetings and pass on the knowledge back to the team).
- Mentoring new hires and more junior team members.
- Handles operational critical issues.

About the RoleThe main purpose of the Master Data department is to ensure that the HR data (both – personal and organizational) are correct and updated at all times, globally.



The data is then used by many other departments (payroll, reporting, planning..) which underlines the importance of its quality. The Sr Advisor plays a meaningful role in establishing a sustainable Employee Master data department in the BSO. We need employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department, valuing collaboration, quality and fun in the everyday life
