What You Will Do

- Lead site quality performance for internal and external customers by establishing and executing strategies to achieve quality targets and goals.
- Direct the collection and analysis of quality data from multiple sources to develop long-term quality strategies and improvement programs.
- Establish and monitor quality performance metrics, including Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), Supplier Rejection Rate (SRR), defect reduction, and quality escapes.
- Lead continuous improvement of inspection processes, systems, and methods to improve quality performance.




- Ensure site compliance with quality procedures, standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Oversee special process performance, including Nadcap conformance, as well as tool and gauge calibration and metrology activities.
- Ensure product configuration management, Certificate of Conformance (CoC) issuance, and final customer buyoff activities are completed in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Lead and develop direct and indirect quality team members, supporting career development, employee growth, and succession planning.
- Manage quality organization staffing and resources within established budgets and site and program objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex technical problems using structured problem-solving methods such as RCCA and 8D.
