You will be a trusted partner to factory leadership, connecting financial outcomes with operational performance across production, supply chain, procurement, and inventory management. Your work will directly influence profitability, cash flow, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with local and general teams, you will help strengthen forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes while supporting a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.




What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead factory financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end performance analysis to provide visibility into business results and support strategic decisions.
- Partner with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, recommend actions, and improve operational and financial outcomes.
- Analyze manufacturing cost drivers, including materials, labor, overhead, maintenance, and production variances, to increase cost transparency and productivity.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams to improve profitability, inventory performance, working capital, and cash flow.
- Enhance reporting, forecasting, and controlling processes to improve data quality, standardization, and decision support across the organization.
