- Knowledge of troubleshooting SMT equipment (Screen Printer, Solder Paste Inspection, Pick and Place, Reflow Oven)
- Advanced knowledge of mechanics, electricity, electronics, or related fields, as well as electrical and pneumatic control, PLCs
- Knowledge of advanced programming on SMT equipment using FUJI, Panasonic, MPM, DEK, BTU systems, routers, and automatic insertion
- Knowledge of advanced statistics for application in engineering analysis
- Knowledge of advanced calibrations on SMT equipment from brands such as FUJI,

- Leadership and supervision of personnel in charge of SMT equipment, routers, and automatic insertion.
- Knowledge of special hardware installations and dedicated software for equipment managed by the Equipment Engineering Department.
- Knowledge of Emotional Intelligence and Empowerment for personnel management.
- Advanced knowledge of NEXIM on the FUJI platform, software, debugging, and optimizations.
- Knowledge of the Min-Max system in application for Toolcribs, spare parts, and consumables control.

Responsibilities
- You will work alongside Equipment Technicians and Equipment Engineers on optimizations, improvement projects, and corrective actions for assigned equipment processes.
- Assignments in methodologies to maintain SMT efficiency, yield, 5s, and min-max in Toolcrib.
- The Equipment Manager is responsible for tracking equipment failures and performing advance
