qualifications

- bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechatronics , or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pcba manufacturing .
- strong background in pcb assembly, testing, and validation processes.
- ability to read and interpret schematics, pcb layouts, boms, and technical documentation.
- hands-on experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and new product introduction (npi).
- proficient in the use of electronic test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers,



and signal generators.
- experience with electronic circuit analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
- advanced english communication skills (written and spoken).
- previous experience as a product engineer, failure analysis engineer, design engineer, validation engineer , or a related technical role.

preferred qualifications

- master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- leadership experience managing technical teams.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
