The Human Resources Services Advisor provides exceptional Human Resources (HR) support and guidance to employees throughout Panduit. Addresses employee inquiries, resolves HR-related issues, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Serves as a trusted resource, fostering a positive employee experience and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Supports special projects across HR.
What will you do:
- Employee Inquiries and Documentation:



Respond to employee inquiries and provide accurate and timely information on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Document and track all customer correspondence in the case management system.
- HR-Related Issues and Transactions: Assist employees with HR-related issues, including benefits enrollment, leave management, performance management, and employee relations matters. Process all transactions in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including terminations, job/pay changes, hiring of employees or contingent workers, organizational structure changes, benefits, and recruitment transactions.
- Workday Support and Project Assistance: Support the general HR team in their use of Workday and how to perform key tasks in the system. Provide project support, as needed, for key HR initiatives.
