Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Administerend-to-endprocessingforU.S.biweeklyandmonthlypayrollcycles,ensuringaccurateandtimelypayrolldelivery.
- EnsurecompliancewithU.S.payrollregulationsandrequirementsforexemptandnon-exemptemployees,includingunionandnon-unionpopulations,garnishments,andbonusandseverancepaymentprocessing.
- Assistintheresolutionofpayrollerrorsandsystemissuesbyanalyzingpayroll-relateddata,conductingresearch,andimplementingappropriatesolutions.
- Identifyopportunitiesforprocessimprovementsandhelpdefineandimplementstandardsfornewpayrollprocesses.




- MaintainU.S.payrollrecordsandfilesinaccordancewithcompanypoliciesandapplicablerecordretentionrequirements;supportresponsestointernalandexternalinformationrequestsasneeded.
- Assistinthedevelopment,documentation,andcontinuousimprovementofU.S.payrollprocedures,guidelines,andstandardoperatingprocedures(SOPs).
- ,state,andlocalpayrolllawsandregulations.
- EstablishandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipswithFinance,Compensation,Benefits,HumanResources,andotherbusinesspartners;serveasaresourceforU.S.payroll-relatedinquiriesandrequests.
- Supportpayrollcomplianceandcontrolactivities,includingSOXtestingandauditrequirements.
- Processstockoptions,restrictedstockunits(RSUs),dividendequivalentunits(DEUs),andotherequity-relatedpayrolltransactionsasrequired.
- Participateinpayrollsystemtestingactivities,includingupgrades,enhancements,patches,andimplementations.
- Reviewpayrollauditreportsandexceptionreportstoensurepayrollaccuracyandcompliance.
