Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the administrative and operational activities that support warehouse operations, ensuring business continuity, compliance with corporate policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage operational assets, access control systems, operational inventories, and site facility services, ensuring accurate record management and resource availability.
- Coordinate the execution and administration of maintenance, cleaning, pest control, waste management, and physical security services, ensuring compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with external vendors.
- Support the execution of operational, asset, and corporate audits by managing documentation, monitoring corrective action plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives resulting from audit findings.
